How to Pick Up Your Online Order

Welcome! We are excited to support you with high-quality educational materials & toys, art supplies, and many other resources for families and child care providers through our Resource Lending Library. Below, you’ll find important steps on how to place an online order and pick it up in person from our CHS office located in Orange, CA.

1. Placing Your Online Order

Browse our Resource Lending Library’s online catalog and add the items you wish to borrow to your cart. Please note, there may be item availability limitations. Once you submit your order, you will receive an email order confirmation.

Please Note: Receiving your initial order confirmation does not mean your order is immediately ready for pickup. CHS staff will contact you directly once your order is ready for pickup.

2. Receiving Confirmation

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to prepared. Once your order is fulfilled, CHS staff will contact you to let you know:

3. Pickup Days

Order pickups are available on the following days (subject to change):

  • Tuesday
  • Friday
  • Saturday

CHS staff will contact you with the exact date and time for your pickup.

4. Upon Arrival

To assist us in providing your pickup order, please bring:

  • Your confirmation email or order number
  • A photo ID may be required

Enter the building and take the elevator to the 3rd floor and enter the CHS office lobby:

  1. Check in with the front desk with your name.
  2. CHS staff will bring out your order.
  3. You’ll have a moment to review your ordered items and ensure everything is in order.

If something is not right or an item is missing, please let us know — we’ll be happy to help.

6. Loans and Returns

All Lending Library items are loaned for a set period. We ask that you:

  • Return items on time
  • Keep materials clean and in good condition
  • Inform us if anything is damaged or lost

This helps ensure all providers and children can enjoy the materials.
